I'm not going to look at any of this 2025 draft stuff. Most every talking head is giving the Raiders 5 or 6 wins. Their draft position will be near the end of the 1st round. Since AOC was drafted I've been on the bandwagon for him. This will be his year to show his improvement at the position and lead the Raiders for years to come. 12 wins will be the high number and 9 wins will be the low. The playoffs will happen this year.

I mean it would be cool to get Shadur Sanders but I just don’t see it Dak Prescott I don’t want because he shrinks in big games he can’t get out of the first round and those 2 things when you combine them how is he supposed to beat Patrick Mahomes? How are we supposed to be division winners? I’d rather take my chances in the draft with a Jordan Love type. Yeah, at least made it to the second round and has a first round win under his belt and a rookie has to earn it. I’d rather have somebody earn it then just give somebody a boatload of money. There are 5 tiers for QBs. 23-32 ranking QB is a bottom 3rd of the league and is either growing/developing or stop gap. (This is currently where the Raiders are) 16-22- mid tier QB that is a meddling, inconsistent QB, not likely to compete for championship, but if the stars align…..maybe. 10-15 Qb- this is the 3rd tier QB and they are good, and capable of getting you into the playoffs but will usually not get it done. Top 10 is not elite. When you are a top 10 QB you are considered a contender for a championship. A front line starter in the NFL. A “Franchise QB” Then there are the “Elite” top 3 QBs. Perennial SB contender, can put teams on their backs, and considered a generational player and playmaker. (Mahomes, Allen, Jackson) Elite is the top 3 QBs in the NFL.

I agree he is not comparing AOC to Mahomes… just their rookie seasons… This is why I have hope in AOC, he prevailed despite the most difficult of circumstances. He also has the arm to make every throw. He deserves a chance with a full pre-season, a decent coaching staff, and hopefully an offensive coordinator that know WTH he is doing.

He never said Aiden was as good nor should be compared to Mahomes. YOU made the jump to that conclusion. He just wants a lil more respect on Aiden's name and I concur.

Having to choose between Aidan and Minshew is like having to choose between Trump or Biden, horrible and embarrassing choices, but i believe Minshew is the better QB and will be our starter.

Aidan is the starter, there is no "real" QB competition. Of course we want Menshew to get better just in case. Aidan is AP's guy. He claimed him after the Mcdaniels fiasco. Aidan was a starter. Jimmy was benched. Not because of injury, but because "Aidan gives us the best chance to win" according to the coach. So Aidan was no longer a backup for the last half of the season. He was THE starter. Fourth round rookie QB becoming the starter.

I think there are 5 main battles: Obviously QB is the first, TE (Who's going to ball out more, Bowers in his first year or Mayer in his second). The O line specifically RT. I agree with you. I seen a video the other day talking about positions that had a "battle" brewing and most positions named didn't really have a battle going on. Some people just make videos just to make videos but don't really say anything realistically true.
